My journey to become a coach and business consultant was shaped by my own experiences in male-dominated industries for over 25 years, previously holding key positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout my career, I have gracefully navigated the challenges of being the only female and minority in the room, all while successfully raising three sons as a single mother.
