For over a decade, Leadership in Heels has served as a pipeline for next-generation leadership and legacy-level impact, supporting leaders who are already successful but seeking greater purpose, clarity, and contribution, while simultaneously creating access and pathways for leaders whose potential has been limited by circumstance.

Our mission is to bridge the leadership gap by providing access to transformative leadership development through executive coaching, speaker series, leadership academies, workshops, mentorship, scholarships, and strategic community partnerships, ensuring that access, opportunity, and elevation are no longer reserved for the few.

We develop leaders through whole-person transformation, strengthening self-leadership, decision-making, confidence, financial literacy, resilience, and personal agency, because leadership begins long before a title and extends far beyond a role.

WHO WE SUPPORT

In a rapidly evolving business landscape, leadership is more crucial than ever. But not all leaders have access to the same resources, tools, and opportunities. This is where Leadership in Heels steps in, with a mission to bridge this gap. Our driving force is creating high-performing leaders, especially from communities and backgrounds that have historically been underrepresented or marginalized.

We serve a diverse set of aspiring leaders – from those categorized as 'at-risk' due to socio-economic and personal challenges, small businesses to women who've long been held back by glass ceilings.

We work with small business owners who have the passion but may lack the strategic acumen to scale their ventures. Furthermore, those with leadership aspirations but no clear roadmap also find a mentor in us. Our focus is on creating leaders who not only thrive in their businesses but also make a positive impact on their communities and industries.
