Program Overview

The Unshakeable Woman Mastermind is a six-month leadership development experience led by Scharrell Jackson, International Keynote Speaker, Executive Leadership Coach, and Founder of Leadership in Heels.

This mastermind is intentionally limited to six participants to ensure meaningful dialogue, deep coaching engagement, and a high-trust environment.

Participants will engage in structured conversations, leadership development sessions, and peer-level reflection designed to strengthen clarity, confidence, and personal power.

Confidentiality

All participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal stories, business discussions, and leadership challenges shared during mastermind sessions. This ensures the mastermind remains a safe and trusted environment for growth.

Non-Refund Policy

Due to the limited nature of this mastermind and the commitment required to curate the group, all payments are non-refundable.

Participants who withdraw early remain responsible for fulfilling their payment obligations.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, teachings, and resources shared during the mastermind remain the intellectual property of Scharrell Jackson and STJ Consulting Services.
